Basic edits include: adding a blue sky (exteriors), correcting colour, sharpening, correcting wonky perspectives and verticals (exteriors and interiors).

Your £50 can be spent over any period - it doesn't have to be spent in one month. However, the above scale is based on your monthly throughput. You can combine multiple offices into one invoice in order to benefit from volume discounts.
More complex edits
More complex edits include: removing other agents’ boards, builders’ toilets and skips, vehicles and bins, scaffolding etc. We’ll take a look at anything really and let you have a prognosis and an estimate if you wish. Please say so on the upload form or your email if you want an estimate when you send the file to us. As a guide, in the past most complex edits have worked out between £5 (taking out another agent's board) and £25 (multiple cars). Rarely have they exceeded that amount. If you're sending me a photo that you need a large obstruction (like a car) removing - please also include photos of what lies behind the obstruction.
Family and other photographs
Prices start at £7.50
(could be less if there are more photos)
Here are the options for non-estate agency photos:
Basic Edits – Pay on receipt of our proof
Basic edits include colour corrections, repairing minor scratches, correcting wonky perspectives etc.
These usually work out to around £5.00
Complex Edits – Pay on receipt of our proof
Replacing legs, fixing tears, more severe scratches, removing objects and so on. We’ll estimate the cost and advise you before commencing if you’d like us to. Please clearly ask for an estimate if one's needed.
Of course, if you want several photos healed, or more, then the price will most likely reduce.
